We are very satisfied with the quality of our chairs and your service. Because the chairs we bought are 50 years old the leather is a little distressed in areas (as expected for their age), but was clearly treated very well by you prior to sale. This saved us the trouble and expense of having the leather treated ourselves. In fact we had a furniture specialist comment that the quality of the chairs and the condition of the leather was better than many he had been hired to work on in the local country clubs.
Your service was also very good. When our shipment had damage to the legs you promptly paid for the repairs without complaint or delay (very conveniently thru PayPal). Our chairs are good as "new" and look great in our living room. I would have no hesitation to buy from you again.
